Children Policy

• Children under 6 years old: Free of charge, including basic travel insurance support. Parents are responsible for any additional expenses incurred. Each two adults may accompany one child under 6; the second child will be charged according to the 6–11 age policy and an extra bed surcharge. Airfare/train tickets follow the carrier’s regulations.
• Children aged 6–11 years old: Charged 80% of the tour price, including separate meals, a seat on the bus/boat, entrance tickets, and shared bed with parents. Each two adults may accompany one child in this age range; additional children will require an extra bed and full payment.
• Children aged 12 and above: Charged the same as adults.

Payment Policy

• A deposit of at least 50% of the total tour value is required to secure the booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid:
  • At least 7 working days before departure for regular tours.
  • At least 15 working days before departure for tours during holidays or Tet.
• Guests are kindly requested to provide full personal information upon payment to ensure service accuracy and benefits.

Tour Change or Cancellation Policy

• After payment, if you wish to change your tour, please contact Oravina Travel for assistance. A service fee will apply in accordance with company policy.
• For cancellations, notice must be made at least 48 hours prior to departure, with a 30% cancellation fee applied to the total tour value.

Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure such as fire, bad weather, natural disasters, epidemics, wars, accidents, flight delays or cancellations, or other circumstances beyond control, the tour may be changed or canceled without any compensation liability. Both parties will cooperate and make every effort to minimize potential losses resulting from these events.

Other Policies

• For safety and hygiene reasons, pets, animals, and livestock are not allowed on board under any circumstances.
• Due to unpredictable weather in Northern Vietnam, the Ha Long Port Authority reserves the right to cancel or adjust cruise departures to ensure passenger safety.
  In case the cruise is canceled due to adverse weather conditions, Oravina Travel will refund the tour after deducting actual expenses incurred (transportation, meals, sightseeing tickets, etc.).
